Complaint
On 7 December 2017, the EIB Complaints Mechanism (EIB-CM) received a complaint alleging major negative impacts on the environment, the existence of threats to people's health and negative consequences on businesses and on the local economy. Furthermore, the complainant alleges that the town of Melendugno, where the project will materialize, is being besieged by security measures.
