Board of Governors Annual General Meeting 2002

The European Investment Bank held a press conference after the annual meeting of its Board of Governors on Tuesday 4 June 2002.

The President of the European Investment Bank, Mr Philippe MAYSTADT, commented on the substantial increase in the EIB's subscribed capital, decided by the Finance Ministers, and presented the Bank's strategic orientations for the future.

The President's presentation was followed by a question and answer session.
