Mihai Tănăsescu verlässt das Direktorium der EIB aufgrund ernster gesundheitlicher Probleme. Mihai Tănăsescu wurde 2012 vom Rat der Gouverneure der EIB zum Vizepräsidenten und Mitglied des Direktoriums bestellt. Im Direktorium war er für die Tätigkeit der EIB in Rumänien, Bulgarien, der ehemaligen jugoslawischen Republik Mazedonien, Griechenland, Zypern und den EFTA-Ländern sowie für die Bereiche Risikomanagement, Energie und Volkswirtschaftliches zuständig. Im Oktober 2014 ließ er sich freistellen. Das Direktorium der EIB dankt Mihai Tănăsescu für seinen Beitrag zur Arbeit der Bank.
€100 million EU for Ukraine Advisory Programme rolls out
This week the European Investment Bank (EIB) welcomed Ukrainian government officials involved in the preparation and implementation of EIB-funded projects to discuss ways of speeding up and increasing the efficiency of multiple recovery projects. The initiative was supported by the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine and the European Commission.
