Em 2024, o Grupo BEI, composto pelo Banco Europeu de Investimento (BEI) e pelo Fundo Europeu de Investimento (FEI), reforçou o seu compromisso com Portugal, consolidando o país entre os dez principais beneficiários da União Europeia (UE) em termos de PIB. O investimento do Grupo BEI totalizou 2,1 mil milhões de euros, mobilizando um montante equivalente a 1,7 % do PIB nacional.
EIB Group activity in Sweden in 2024
In 2024, the European Investment Bank (EIB) and the European Investment Fund (EIF) provided around SEK 22 billion (€ 1.9 billion) in financing to Swedish businesses and municipalities. Over 65% of the funding supported the green transition, with investments in renewable energy, electrification and sustainable housing.
