Complaint
On 7 October 2014, the EIB Complaints Mechanism (EIB-CM) received a complaint alleging an improper use of the EIB’s funds in relation to the reconstruction works on the main street of Banja Koviljača (Maršala Tita) financed by the EIB.
EIB-CM Action
The EIB-CM reviewed the information provided by the promoter and the EIB operational services concerning the contested sub-project.
Conclusions
The EIB-CM has has concluded that there was no maladministration of the EIB in the context of the implementation of the sub-project at issue.
