Business partnering

Advising line managers on the full spectrum of HR-related issues, you will act as a trusted partner and agent of change. You will assess and anticipate evolving needs, develop integrated solutions and carefully align our HR strategy with business requirements.

Recruitment and talent acquisition

Taking ownership of the entire recruitment cycle, both external and internal, you will work closely with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to assess staffing needs, identify and approach talents, promote vacancies, assess candidates and, where relevant, oversee external consultants and agencies. In short, you will deliver a pipeline of highly-qualified and experienced candidates and future employees.
