Our Traineeship Programme for MENA and ACP countries aims to promote knowledge exchange and support development of young professionals in the MENA and ACP regions. Here are the salient features of the programme:
- It provides trainees with opportunities to gain experience in working in an international environment and raise awareness of the European Investment Bank (EIB) activities and opportunities.
- It aims to build strong partnerships with Outside EU regions and take a holistic view towards supporting their development.
- It intends to strengthen capacities of the beneficiary countries given its potential to ensure transfer of knowledge and awareness raising through the supported trainees who, upon return to their home regions, can help promote economic and social progress.
The programme, funded by the Government of Luxembourg under the EIB’s Financial Inclusion Fund looks for candidates with backgrounds in economics, finance, law and engineering.
