The directorate develops HR policies and delivers HR services. Its areas of activity include typical HR tasks, such as the definition and administration of compensations and benefits, as well as recruiting. Playing the role of HR business partner, it supports the positive evolution of the organisation, ensuring people development, diversity, inclusion, empowerment, and overall employee engagement. It also oversees statutory areas such as employee relations and the provision of health insurance and medical benefits.
