NER 300 financial advisory support

This advisory instrument by the EIB Group and the European Commission helped early-stage innovative low-carbon projects, which are preparing for commercial roll-out.

This free financial advice improved the bankability of the project while increasing the chances of getting financing from the European Investment Bank and other European funding schemes.

We sped up and supported the scale-up of innovative demonstration projects that reduce substantially carbon emissions.

  The programme is now fully deployed.
