DIF Core Infrastructure Fund I was established in 2017, raising aggregate commitments of EUR 450m from over 20 institutional investors. The fund invests in small-and midsized infrastructure assets with mid-term contracted cash flows. Target sectors include telecom, rail, energy and non-regulated utilities. The fund invests in greenfield (construction) and brownfield (operational) assets in Europe and to a lesser extent North America and Australasia.
