Foresight Energy Infrastructure Partners is a target €500 million fund investing in renewable energy generation, renewable-enabling infrastructure, and transmission and distribution assets. The fund will invest in greenfield and brownfield assets in regions that have well-developed and stable regulatory frameworks predominantly in Europe but also to a lesser extent in North America and Australia. The fund is managed by Foresight Group, an independent infrastructure and private equity investor headquartered in London, UK, with GBP 6.8bn of assets under management. Foresight has an infrastructure team of 84 professionals that operate from offices in the UK, Madrid, Rome, Seoul and Sydney.
