Mid Europa Fund V targets equity investments of EUR 75m to EUR 200m in companies with typical enterprise values of EUR 100m to EUR 500m in Central Eastern Europe (“CEE”). The fund will pursue a pan-regional strategy in CEE, targeting market-leading companies within domestic-focused industries that benefit from the growth of the CEE region’s consumers’ income. Mid Europa seeks to create value in its investments primarily through identifying and capturing opportunities for organic growth / consumption and scaling them through buy and build as well as regional expansion initiatives. The fund is managed by Mid Europa Partners , a leading independent private equity investment firm focused on CEE, with over EUR 5.2bn of funds raised and managed since inception.
