Since 2015, the Investment Plan for Europe has supported investments of EUR 3.4 billion in Portugal. Among many other tangible results, the EIB Group's financing will help 1 000 small businesses grow and create jobs all over the country, and support the construction of affordable flats and a tunnel to prevent floods in Lisbon.
