Description
Financing of small- and medium-scale projects in the fields of energy, energy savings, environmental protection, infrastructure, knowledge-based economy, industry, services and tourism in Romania.
Objectifs
The global loan would contribute to the development of term finance in Romania. Through the financial intermediary, the global loan would provide medium and long-term funding for eligible projects promoted by small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) and local municipalities/authorities/associations.
