INSTITUTO DE CREDITO OFICIAL (ICO) is the financial agency of the Spanish State. Standard loan for SME operations with a well-known and financially solid promoter. Projects to be financed under the facility will be in the sectors of industry, services, energy diversification, efficiency and health & education.
