WHAT IS CLIENTCONNECT?
ClientConnect is a web application for EIB borrowers and EIB staff that provides real-time access to key financial information in relation to signed loan contracts and more. The EIF and European Commission can also access the platform in order to consult the Third Party Asset Management reports produced by Treasury, Financial Control and Risk Management on a regular basis.
WHAT’S NEW?
Over the last year, the application has been completely redesigned to offer the user a more streamlined and modern experience. Navigation has been simplified and the interface has been improved to better match the EIB and client expectations of a modern finance app experience.
The new ClientConnect makes information more easily accessible to our clients. The transition from old to new is a seamless one and clients logging in today will have immediate access to the application with their current credentials. User feedback will serve as a valuable tool when the application goes live.
WHAT’S NEXT?
This is just the beginning, and there are many new features planned for the future. ClientConnect has a key role to play in the continuous digitalisation of EIB services, and as such the platform has been designed to be easily expandable.
