Objectives

Purchase of two new ships for the transport of ethylene gas. The ships will operate between ports of EU Member States or between ports of EU Member States and ports of Third Countries.

To expand and modernise the promoter’s fleet.

Procurement

The new vessels are constructed in accordance with the highest standards of safety and environmental protection, as requested by the most recent European and international regulations and will be equipped and operated to minimise pollution of the sea.

The promoter’s procurement procedures, standard for the industry, are satisfactory to EIB. EU procurement Directives are not applicable.
