Objectives

Global loan dedicated to finance projects promoted by small and medium sized companies (“SMEs”) in the UK, with a substantial part expected to benefit the sectors of business services and trade.

The new operation aims at ensuring the continued cooperation with A&L for the financing of SMEs.

Procurement

The financial intermediary will undertake to promote compliance of the sub-projects with relevant national and EU law.

EIB procurement guidelines for global loans will be applied.
