Objectives

The project concerns financing of a new foundry, near the existing facilities, for the production of brake discs.

The project will contribute to greater efficiency of production. The regional significance extends to the provision of employment in a region characterised with heavy unemployment especially amongst those skilled in the metallurgy industry.

The project’s compliance with all applicable national and EU environmental legislation will be verified during the Bank’s appraisal.

Since the company is privately owned, procurement regulations do not apply.
