Objectives

Programme Loan for financing Further Education projects throughout the UK. The proposed investment programme involves the construction and upgrading of up to 56 college campuses in the UK.

To support investments in further education facilities by generating financial benefit for participating borrowers.

Procurement

Final beneficiaries will be requested to comply with applicable national and EU legislation. The Bank will confirm the status of each application as part of the information requirements submitted by the promoter.

The Bank will require the promoters of sub-projects to submit documentation confirming compliance with EU/UK procurement policies.
