Description
Objectives

The Apex Loan for SMEs is intended for financing of SME projects, small and medium scale infrastructure projects promoted by local authorities and any size industrial investments in the fields of the knowledge-economy, energy and environmental protection.

The objective of the loan is to provide support for the development of the country’s financial system in favour of SMEs, improve competitiveness of the country’s industry, contribute to environmental protection and to the rational use of energy; improve infrastructure of local and regional interest.
