Objectives

Loan operation for the financing of small and medium scale projects promoted by SMEs or local authorities.

Financing of small and medium scale projects promoted by SMEs (within the Bank’s usual criteria) as well as industrial investment projects promoted by the local authorities and proposed for investment in the field of the knowledge economy, energy and environmental protection.

Procurement

Legal documentation will include the obligation for the borrower to ensure that projects financed under this loan are in line with relevant national and/or EU environmental legislation.

Legal documentation will oblige the borrower to ensure that equipment purchases, services and works are procured in compliance with Bank’s usual criteria.
