Joint-Stock Commercial Bank FORUM (“FORUM”), headquartered in Kiev (Ukraine).
It is now a well-known, universal bank in Ukraine. Since March 2008 the majority shareholder of FORUM is Commerzbank AG, with 63% share.
A dedicated EIB loan for SMEs as well as small and medium-sized energy and environment projects promoted by mid-caps and public sector entities in Ukraine.
This will be the EIB’s second operation under the SME facility in Ukraine and in the Eastern mandate, following the extension of the mandate to SMEs, decided at the Eastern Partnership Summit on 7 May 2009 and confirmed by the Commission in late August for SMEs in all sectors.
Provide access to long-term funds at affordable interest rates for eligible small and medium size projects in the sectors of energy and environment.
