Objectives

EIB programme to group sub-operations dedicated to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and mid-caps in the EU. Sub-operations will be loans for SMEs and mid-caps to acceptable financial institutions such as banks, leasing companies, public support institutions or any other qualifying counterparts. Each sub-operation can be up to EUR 250m.
