The project consists of an operation to provide financing to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Germany and the Netherlands via Funding Circle, a leading online Peer-to-Peer lending platform.
This project will improve competitiveness and access to finance at favourable conditions for SMEs in Germany and the Netherlands.

Complaints mechanism
Any complaint regarding alleged maladministration can be lodged via the EIB Complaints Mechanism. The European Ombudsman acts as an independent external accountability mechanism of the EIB.
