Description
Small and medium-scale projects in the fields of energy, environmental protection, infrastructure (incl. health, education, social housing), development of a knowledge-based economy, industry, services and tourist industry in Romania.
Objectives
The credit line would contribute to the development of term finance in Romania. The credit line would provide long-term funding for eligible projects promoted by SMEs, public sector including municipal projects and leasing projects. It is intended to combine the credit line with grant schemes, subject to their availability.

EUR 60 million.
Environmental aspects
Within the framework of the credit line, the Borrower will be requested to ensure compliance of the sub-projects with EU directives, as appropriate.

Within the framework of the credit line, the Borrower will be requested to ensure compliance of the sub-projects with EU directives, in particular for the award of public sector contracts, as appropriate.
