Dedicated EIB Programme to finance small and medium size eligible investments promoted by riskier SMEs or Mid-Caps, including start-ups, self-employed, and other SMEs and Midcaps creating training and/or employment opportunities.

Objectives

The main objective of this Programme is to support SMEs and Mid-Caps (in particular riskier SMEs) which promote creation and maintenance of jobs, with a special focus on start-ups, self-employed and youth employment.
