Nominees of the 2024 One World Media Women’s Solutions Reporting Award are out

One World Media unveiled the nominees for this year’s Awards in each category, including the Women’s solutions Reporting Award, supported by the European Investment Bank.

Celebrating the best journalism from the global south, more than 60 judges from 18 countries have chosen this year’s shortlist from more than 500 entries.

The judges have looked for overall merit of a story alongside criteria like relevance substance and impact, among others. The decisions weren’t easy. But the results are now in!

Nominees of the OWM Awards 2022 are out, including EIB’s sponsored ‘Women’s solutions reporting’ award

One World Media just unveiled the nominees for this year’s Awards. This Awards season brought a wide range of stories from around the world. The panels of 62 judges have made their selections across 15 categories including EIB’s sponsored ‘Women’s solutions reporting’ award. They viewed hundreds of entries in total from 101 countries.

The panels of 60 judges have made their selections across 15 categories including the ‘Women’s solutions reporting’ award sponsored by the EIB and Plan International. Coming from the industry’s most distinguished journalists, filmmakers and media professionals, the judges viewed more than 600 entries in total from 110 countries.
