The AfricInvest Fund II is a private equity fund managed by AfricInvest Capital Partners (“ACP”) focusing on growth and expansion SMEs in primarily Sub-Saharan West and East Africa (AfricInvest II is launched as a follow-on fund to “AfricInvest I”, a fund of 2004 vintage also managed by Tuninvest and in which EIB has invested). The fund focuses on enterprises that are well established and have developed brands, products, distribution channels and good customer bases in their local markets. Fund investments range from EUR 2 million to EUR 10 million.
