    Description
    Objectives

    The project concerns selected railway rehabilitation investments on railway line Budapest-Szolnok-Lökösháza forming part of TEN corridors IV. The proposed project would be supported as well by a significant Cohesion Fund contribution.

    The Project will contribute to the improvement of existing railway infrastructure on major railway lines in order to decrease journey times and improve safety as well as enhance service quality.

    The project has been designed in full compliance with national and relevant EU environmental directives.

    Hungarian public procurement act to be applied (EU directives transposed into national law).
