Objectives

An equity fund investing in renewable energy infrastructure projects in the Central Europe and South East Europe regions.

The objective of the fund is to make investments that reduce the impact of energy production on the environment, and in particular to contribute to mitigation of climate change, whilst at the same time producing an attractive return for investors.

Procurement

Owing to their technical characteristics, some of the investments targeted by the Fund may fall under Directive 85/337/EEC, amended by 97/11/EC and 2003/35/EC., thus Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) may be required.

To be in accordance with the relevant EU legislation, including publication of tender notices in the EU Official Journal, as and where appropriate.
