Objectives
Part of the Pan-European Guarantee Fund in response to COVID-19, this Programme Loan aims to mobilise funding resources to respond to the economic impact of the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak by ensuring that eligibile entities and primarily small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the participating Member States have sufficent liquidity available and access to finance to weather the rapidly unfolding crisis and are able to continue their development in the medium to long-term.
