EIB Group annual figures for 2024: €3 billion for competitiveness, strategic autonomy and SMEs in the Netherlands
Last year the EIB Group, made up of the European Investment Bank (EIB) and the European Investment Fund (EIF), invested nearly €3.1 billion in projects implemented in the Netherlands. Of that, €2.45 billion were granted by the EIB in the form of loans and venture debt. The EIF also mobilised some €634 million in the form of guarantees and equity contributions. Worldwide, the EIB Group granted a record amount of almost €89 billion, with no less than €50.7 billion going to help fight climate change and protect the environment.

Netherlands: Royal Schiphol Group enters into a loan agreement with the EIB for infrastructure investments
Royal Schiphol Group and the European Investment Bank (EIB) have entered into a loan agreement to the value of EUR 175 million. This represents the first installment of a total financing of EUR 400 million. The loan contributes to the financial stability of Schiphol and is an important milestone in the realisation of the major EUR 6 billion investment programme.

Niederlande: EIB und Rabobank verstärken Unterstützung für umweltbewusste kleine und mittlere Unternehmen
Die Europäische Investitionsbank (EIB) und die Rabobank verstärken ihre Unterstützung für umweltbewusste Unternehmen. Mit dem neuen Impact-Kredit stehen weitere 300 Millionen Euro für kleine und mittlere Unternehmen (KMU) zur Verfügung, die die nachhaltige Entwicklung vorantreiben. In den letzten neun Jahren hat die Rabobank zusammen mit der EIB nachhaltige Finanzierungen von insgesamt über 1,8 Milliarden Euro an mehr als 1 000 KMU vergeben.
